Autoresponder
This handy feature automatically forwards a message to customers and friends who may send you an email while you are away or on holiday. It is available for all customers who host their sites with Action Web Design
How does the Autoresponder Work?
You simply contact us with your own automatic response, specify the start and end dates and we will do the rest.
You can specify anything you like for your automatic response.
eg The automatic response may say something like:
"Thank you for your enquiry. Due to Staff holidays we are sorry we cannot answer your query at this time. We will be in contact on 15 January, 2005" .
The one-off set-up cost is $50 +$6.25 GST for customers who are hosting with Action Web Design. The autoresponder can be activated and de-activated as many times as you like.
What happens to the email people send me while I am away?
It is stored in your POP3 mailbox for you to access. You can use Webmail to read it, delete it or forward it to your usual email account. For more info about Webmail click here
How do I activate the autoresponder - and how do I turn it off?
We will provide a GST Receipt when payment has been received.
On the finish date we will restore your email so it is redirected to your usual email address eg info@yourdomain.co.nz will be redirected to fbloggs@ihug.co.nz
